Jacob Edington, any chance y’all might be open to the collaborative chat experience I mentioned on the call for situations where there are fewer devices, either by design, or due to budget constraints?

I had suggested a setup where pairs (turn and talk) or small groups of students could work collaboratively on one device. The students in the pair/group could check in somehow so that there’s a record of the participants in Flint, but only one student would interact with the chatbot (almost like a “secretary” of sorts).

In my workshops with teachers and students, I’ve found that there’s much more energy and excitement in the room when folks are talking to each other (brainstorming, reflecting, critiquing, etc.) while engaging with the chatbot.
