Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS!

You should receive an email when you complete each level, the email has a link to your certificate that you can then print and/or download. this is also the step you follow to get the badges for each level too. At least this is my own experience of it.

So if I was you I’d check your junk/spam folder if it isn’t already in your inbox. If that doesn’t yield a result, then double-check the email address Flint have for you in case there’s a typo that needs correcting.

Fingers crossed, these steps will resolve the matter for you and you can start sharing news of your Flint successes.

Happy to help here, Jacqueline gave some good advice re: double-checking the email address you used to complete the quiz.

Whenever you complete a quiz, it sends an email to the address you used on the quiz. I looked through our system and couldn't find a completed form for your email listed on this forum post. Is there a different email you may have used? Could you check that one to see if the completed form has ended up there? Thank you and we will get you your certificate soon!
