Certificate

I completed AI Literacy course for teachers. I did very well on all three quizzes and still did not obtain certificate. please advise.

I have also completed and achieved good results. I will not continue the next levels until my certification for level 1 is emailed. Its really discouraging when you do a course, and then the certificate is not given.
