Activity Due Times

I think this should be top level on activities with a separate calendar tool. Many times students have been told the activity is no longer running when it should still be. And I can tell FLINT a million times to accept answers and it just won’t. Basically you cannot set deadlines without problems.

Hi - are you already using the “build manually” > Assignment section that allows you to fix the date an activity will open and close. That might be a solution, if not.

Hi Toby Alan Ray - as Sarah Ducharme mentioned, this feature already exists. You can of course tell Sparky within the “Build with Sparky” as well; however, if you go into “Build Manually” you can go to the “Assignment” section and select a date for when an activity should be available or a deadline for when it is due.

Toby Alan Ray Thanks for sharing this feedback! When you say “students have been told the activity is no longer running when it should still be” are you meaning you want activities that will accept late work? Or are you saying that the deadline on the activities is hard to set correctly?
