A teacher is seeing the message below for a student who was working on a session for the class. Can anyone offer insight?

Hi Julian Cochran - Could you let us know when this error originally occurred? We had this error take place once last week and the issue was remedied. Since that time, this has been a non-issue and our team is not currently seeing any issues that would be correlated to this error.

Hi Jacob, the issue would have been from last week. Session start date/time was Jan 29, 2026, 12:26 PM. I suspect it was the same issue.
