Fetch Failed?

My class and I are getting this message when we try to attach an image to a chat or inside an activity. I’ve tried refreshing, archiving, and starting over, using different browsers, and nothing seems to work. It has worked for some kids but not all and randomly. Any thoughts or experience with this?
