Pdf, docx and image generation seems broken

Is anyone able to generate documents or images using Flint? It seems to be broken. It was working on Monday, but it hasn’t since. Thanks.

Yes. can't generate using image tool is the error message.

Same here. When I just choose “print” the print menu pops up, I choose my printer, and then it acts like it is printing but disappears. I have to “print to PDF” and then print.

Hi Jonathan Wilson, Stephen Hope & Betty Ann Whitten - I just wanted to follow up with you on this. After checking with our engineering team, they were unable to replicate the issue. It appears this may have been a momentary glitch and that things are back up and running.
That is not to say this wasn't an inconvenience to your Flint experience. I sincerely apologize for any frustration this caused. We take these reports seriously and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
