Transfering Classes to a new teacher...

Hi All,

One of our teachers left and we have a long term sub replacement. Is there a way to transfer the teacher’s classes to the sub so that she can see the work students have completed in the past?

You should be able to just add a new member to the group and make them the owner, no?

Betty, you just need to make the new teacher the “Owner” of the existing groups.

Go into the actual class (Flint calls them “Groups”)

1. Click on the “Share Group” button in the top right corner
2. Under the section called “Members” add the new teacher and use the drop down to give them the role of “Owner”
3. Click the Star icon next to their name to make them “Creator” if you want them to access previous sessions

Thanks Robert Petitto and James Bender! Yes, that is correct. Just add them as an owner to the group and they will have access to everything that has been created in that group thus far.
