AI's creativity is often subject of debate over how it impacts and will continue to impact creative fields like art and design. With the power of AI tools now, responsible use and emphasis on intention and process are more important than ever to teach. So, this presentation centered around fostering the creative process and allowing teachers insights into student thinking and learning.

Three educators from around the world agreed to share their experiences for this session. Overall, this session covered:

1. Features in Flint useful for creating design- and art-related activities
2. Examples of relevant chats teachers can leverage for their own creative or administrative processes
3. Examples of how to create activities that support students' learning and creativity

Design and Art AI Activities in Flint • 10:57

• A custom activity is being created for students. Feedback is being tailored for individual design projects. A graded assignment setup is being requested to Flint. The grading scale is specified to fit IB curricula with levels 1 to 7. Flint is being used as a brainstorming partner within the activity builder chat. Suggestions for activity adjustments are being sought.
• A user interview simulation activity is introduced. Students will practice interviewing AI-generated personas. Flint is utilized to create various personas for interviews. Students can select personas based on their preferences. Flint's capabilities for voice simulation are discussed. Current limitations on voice specificity for personas are acknowledged.
